OK, I've been busy. When I've not been busy, I've been resting. When I've been resting, I've been gardening. Isn't Autumn, with all that leaf-dropping business, such a great idea? And another good idea is to have the rectory surrounded by loads of big trees - it takes ages for the leaves to drop, and it means the leaves either pile up, or have to be cleared every few days. Takes away all the satisfaction of having completed it when the next day it's just as bad. Work in progress, a bit like myself, I guess. Mind you, Kelvin Way is stunningly beautiful at the moment.
Anyhow, tonight is vestry, shifted from the second Monday to the third Monday, and I've double-booked myself (twice this week). Hoping to get away early so that I can watch and listen to the wondrous Delays at King Tut's Wah Wah Hut.
Glad you've 'surfaced' and have been busy with healthy pursuits out and about:)
love
Cathy
