An "action-packed" Saturday ahead, with the day beginning at a breakfast meeting of St Silas' men, (exploring addiction), the voting part of the Electoral Synod (hope we don't discuss/politic much - if we've been praying and listening this week, maybe we can move to an early vote and see what comes? Who knows, maybe we'll see consensus and a quick result?). The evening brings the AGM of the World Shine Foundation.
Re: consensus - do you all have to come to a (unanimous?) decision, rather than the winner just being the candidate who gets the most votes (as with the Oscars!)? Am using Angels and Demons' account of a Papal Conclave as a model for what today's election would be like, but am aware that the two might not be quite identical :-).
